Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply
A refund will be given on any unopened boxes of tiles returned in good condition within 30 days of PURCHASE date when accompanied with the original receipt. A restocking charge of 20% of the value will be deducted from the goods returned or exchanged.

Under no circumstances will non-stock items be accepted for return or exchange.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable .

The company gives no warranty of crazing, shading in the tiles or any other defects and all the goods are sold subject only to the manufacturers guarantee and conditions. A shade variation is inherent in the manufacture of tiles, especially from batch to batch. Crazing effect is a part of highly glossy tiles and may appear as a scratching effect under some lighting conditions. This is not a defect is a characteristic of the tiles.
Customers must ensure that they have an acceptable blend of colour/shade and quantities Before fixing the tiles as no claims can be entertained once tiles have been affixed.

Orders accepted and promises of delivery given are conditional upon our being able to secure the necessary labour and materials, we are absolved from responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents and other causes beyond our control.

Claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time of collection or delivery Customers are requested to check quantities of goods supplied at time of collection or delivery as no queries can be entertained at a Later date.

All materials remain the property of Tiles To Home Ltd until paid for in full.
It is part of our condition of sale & supply that all materials are fitted by a registered contractor.
